This is where it is all heading – people think it will end with smoking but it’s just the beginning. I don’t understand why people are so willing to throw away their freedom?

  simple because we have become an immediate gratification society and since these issues don’t effect me today I can be bothered with them. Unfortunately we (everyone) will care once it is waaaay to late and we are having chips implanted under our skin. Progressive Politic’s is the real danger of the 21st century

This morning, on ABC24, a tourist happy-snap of a couple of Australian swim-teamers in an American shop posing with some guns got a stream of outrage and had to apologise. Which they did. For possibly giving offence, to somebody, for some unknown reason in breach of some unknown law.
The directives we now get from people none of us ever voted for, had any contact with or know anything about are going unchallenged. Leaving this stuff uncommented is enough to make it spread. It’s less throwing away freedom than forgetting where you left it.
Forget the budget. Top priority has to be demolishing the Nanny state, especially since Nanny has become demented.

Who is the Puppet Master?

Has history – and Hitler – taught us nothing?

Who are the puppets? Can you still think for yourself?

Lest we forget, a plaque inscription at the Auschwitz Concentration Camp quotes George Santayana:

“The one who does not remember history is bound to live through it again”.

That is, after all, where this global nanny state mentality is leading humanity – into absolute domination and abject misery, as long as good people stand by, watching it happen, and do nothing.
