Stop the media bailout 

The mainstream media is currently benefiting from >$200 million in subsidies, funnelled through the major digital platforms via the “Australian News Media and Digital Platforms Mandatory Bargaining Code”. This is poor policy that corrupts our media, slows down innovation, won’t work, and has never been subject to proper analysis. The government is now attempting to double-down on this failed policy with their so-called “News Bargaining Incentive”. Instead of doubling down, the government should abandon the entire project.
